We hope you’ll love your new furniture products, but in the unlikely event that you received a faulty product here’s how we can help:

Your purchase is covered under direct Manufacturer’s warranty for Asia Pacific. Luzzatti will handle the customer claim directly with the Manufacturers on the particular defect or damage & repair or replace defective or damaged products after the inspection approval from our installation team.

If a Product is defective in materials or workmanship, the specified product manufacturer will repair or replace the affected product at no charge or refund the purchased product price for the affected product if repair or replacement is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

You may either contact us via email (info@luzzatti.in). Our customer care team will be in touch within 2-3 working days to schedule inspection. To facilitate repair service for items purchased via our online store, please keep your original email confirmation and invoice as proof of purchase.

 

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

To ship in a timely manner, we start producing your order right after we receive it. Once your order is placed online, you will be unable to change or cancel your order within 24 hours of the order confirmation.

 

RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCT

If you believe you received the wrong product after reviewing the purchase copy, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.

REFUND POLICY

  • When will I get my refund? Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are fully refunded within 3-5 days after we receive and process your return. Refunds in form of cheques can take 10-12 business days to arrive via post.
  • Once an item(s) is returned or found missing in an order ‘at the time of delivery’, a refund will be raised that time itself. The final payment collected from the customer will be the one after deducting the specific amount from the total order amount. It can be cash / card / Sodexo. In the case of bank transfer / online payment, the specific amount will be added as credit against the concerned customer account held with luzzatti.in/.
  • If an item(s) is found missing or returned ‘at a later point of time’, a communication will be received by you regarding the same. If a refund is raised, the specific amount will be credited to your bank account with the facility of NEFT/RTGS at the earliest slot possible. Normally we follow ‘no question asked return/refund policy’.
  • If you haven’t received the benefit of refund amount for two orders following the ‘issue order’, please feel free to get in touch with our Customer Service Manager at info@luzzatti.com or +91 85930 00344.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Please note that cancellations have to be made within 1 hour after placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer support executive by sending an email to info@luzzatti.com and giving the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Luzzatti Designs has complete right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Luzzatti Designs and accept luzzatti decision regarding the cancellation.
