SHIPPING POLICY
- Shipping: Luzzatti Products will deliver within India covering major cities
- Shipping Charges: If a particular item selected is free shipping, you will be notified at checkout in website. Internal towns & villages will be calculated separately and displayed at the checkout process prior to payment and order completion. Please review these before you confirm your order, as it is your responsibility to be aware of the prices charged on your purchase.
- Delivery: Orders will be delivered at the registered shipping Location and the delivery time can be anywhere between 45-55 working days (Product dispatch time may increase or decrease depends on the quantities, finishes & models).
- Installation: Once your order has been arrived in India,the buyer will be contacted shortly to organize an appropriate time for delivery to take place. Luzzatti assigned installation partners are responsible for assembling your purchased products if any (excluding the installation of carpet, rugs, Planter pots, chandeliers, wall decor/art, mirrors, or other objects that require surface fixture). To ensure your purchased products arrive at the desired space in your home or office, please take clearance measurements of elevators, doors, and stairways prior to complete the purchase. Where building elevators (for apartments) or staircases (for villas), do not accommodate the product, customers are responsible to organize manual transportation to the particular location /area at their own risk. in such an instance, Luzzatti assigned delivery crew will deliver the products only to the ground floor.
Events beyond Our Control
Luzzatti shall have no liability on purchase for any delay or failure to deliver goods you have ordered or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or any other natural disaster or accident.

Your purchase is covered under direct Manufacturer’s warranty for Asia Pacific. Luzzatti will handle the customer claim directly with the Manufacturers on the particular defect or damage & repair or replace defective or damaged products after the inspection approval from our installation team.
If a Product is defective in materials or workmanship, the specified product manufacturer will repair or replace the affected product at no charge or refund the purchased product price for the affected product if repair or replacement is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
You may either contact us via email (info@luzzatti.in). Our customer care team will be in touch within 2-3 working days to schedule inspection. To facilitate repair service for items purchased via our online store, please keep your original email confirmation and invoice as proof of purchase.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
To ship in a timely manner, we start producing your order right after we receive it. Once your order is placed online, you will be unable to change or cancel your order within 24 hours of the order confirmation.
